Description

Head of Social (Agency) - £60,000 - Manchester (Hybrid)

This is a client facing role, acting as the main PoC for a number of small, key accounts on a day-to-day basis, creating strategy and overseeing the execution via the delivery team.

Responsibilities:

Lead on a select number of key accounts acting as the main PoC
Create and oversee the execution of Social strategies
Line manage a small team across Paid / Organic Social, oversee areas of training and development
Manage channel budget, forecasts and overall holistic performance reporting to key stakeholders
Identify areas for growth and commercial opportunities amongst existing and new business

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a senior Social role (or similar)
Proven experience managing and developing a smallteam
Experience crossselling and growing business is preferred
Excellent communication skills, this is a clientfacing role
Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
