The Role:
This position is open to current University of Portsmouth PhD students that are studying in the Faculty of Business and Law only
The Research Fellow will play a key role in the University of Portsmouth's new Revolution Plastics Institute, a cross-university research and innovation institute focused on building an inclusive world-leading research and practice community that underpins the global transition to a sustainable plastics future.
The Research Fellow will pro-actively support and progress the vibrant research culture within the Institute, and will be involved in developing and executing research and innovation projects, and growing internal and external collaborations to support our impact agenda.
The postholder will co-author high quality articles, reports, policy briefs and academic publications, as well as presenting research project findings to a variety of stakeholders.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract to 31 July 2026
