TSP Engineering have an exciting opportunity to join us as Technical Engineering Manager as our business grows working in defence and AMR sectors.
More about the role:
Joining us as Technical Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of multi-discipline design and manufacturing engineers in the delivery of projects and manage the preparation of detailed engineering designs.
You will be the most senior technical employee within the business; you will work closely with client and contract partners to provide Technical Engineering support, along with supporting manufacturing technical needs.
You will be a natural leader and will ensure a high discipline standard is maintained throughout the department in addition to taking the lead on the recruitment aspect for the team and will oversee the development of staff to ensure retention.
