This is a new role and it will involve being a point of contact to resolve in the field installation issues, whilst supporting and improving the quality and delivery of future installations onto our FTTP network.
You will bring expertise of FTTH / FTTP build and installations - splicing, testing, PIA, UG and OH.
You will have been there and done it and understand the challenges that face FTTH Installations - then you will work with, educate, coach and support our installation partners to troubleshoot, overcome and prevent issues in the future.
Ideally you will already hold a NRSWA Supervisor ticket and you will either hold or be able to pass a DBS check.
