Dual Site Practice Manager
We are looking for a full-time dual site practice manager to join our friendly, experienced, and supportive teams in our busy practices in Cardigan - SA43 1DU & Hendy Gwynn - SA34 OAP.

- To be based across two of our busy sites in Cardigan & Hendy Gwynn where the practices offer a mix of NHS and specialist private treatments including hygiene appointments, dentures, teeth whitening, and invisalign
As a Practice Manager, your role will include:
- Ensuring your patients receive the best care
- Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing highquality patient care, meeting financial targets and Key Performance Indicators, and managing practice costs
- Leading and managing a team of practice support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of selfemployed clinicians
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulator, the CQC.
- Proven management expertise
- The motivation and drive to support their team to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, patients and senior management
- Outstanding organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise important deadlines while reacting quickly to business needs
- Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience in analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to practice profitability.
