We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead.

The Senior FP&A role:


You will be responsible for the daily management of Group Financial Planning & Analysis providing robust, timely and informative financial information at SRM level to the Board and senior management team.
The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Annual Budget and Long Term Planning process
  • Monthly consolidation and interpretation of financial results from the BBU / IBU and Group Services functions
  • Preparation of Monthly Group Reporting packs and supporting narrative
  • Consolidation of IBU/BBU project cashflows and preparation of long term cash forecasts (up to 3 years for SRM)
  • Adhoc Reporting and Financial Analysis

Your profile

You will be:

  • Commercially focused Qualified accountant with +5 years PQE gained extensively in a reporting / management accounting environment
  • Advanced data management and modelling skills
  • Strong analytical and report writing expertise
  • Proven track record of business partnering/external stakeholder management with nonfinance functions across a large complex business
  • Construction & contract accounting / knowledge and background desirable
  • Collaborative/pragmatic management style with strong influencing skills who operates in an open and transparent way
  • Able to manage competing demands, adaptable, handson and detail orientated
