Making A Difference as A Personal Assistant to Director


The post holder will support the Director of Legal and Governance, the Director of Finance and Assistant Director Finance by providing a confidential, high quality, professional, support service using innovative and modern practices with a strong digital focus.


This post is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual who possesses excellent organisation, communication and personable skills, with the ability to balance and prioritise a busy workload.

You must have highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with Councillors, Senior Council Colleagues and representatives from external partners and organisations
The posts require someone with excellent IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and excellent written and verbal communications skills
