We are now looking for a passionate cruise sales specialist to join our team and support our growing business.


About the Role:


Do you have a knack for sales and a passion for facilitating unforgettable cruises? If so, we want you on our team We're in search of an experienced Cruise Agent to champion our cruise product.


As an experienced Cruise Consultant you will have excellent sales & communications skills and will be passionate about enabling others to go on holiday.

While familiarity with the cruise industry is a must, your passion for our mission to empower individuals with disabilities to go on incredible holidays is equally important.


Responsibilities:


As a Cruise Agent, your mission will be to build strong relationships with our guests and support them to book their cruise holiday with Limitless Travel.

You're a skilled relationship builder, adept at comprehending clients' needs.

Your focus will be on responding to inbound warm sales leads (no cold calling here), grasping customers' aspirations, and guiding them to select from our range of cruise holidays.


  • Dealing with potential passengers over the phone selling a variety of cruise holidays.
  • Booking with a number of different major cruise companies
  • Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Surpass KPIs and targets

Requirements:


  • Extensive kowledge of cruises and the industrty. Ideally in a cruise related role (cruise sales or working in the cruise industry) or gained through cruising on holiday.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, either in retail/customerfacing or telesales environments
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical acumen for tracking key performance metrics
  • A strong resultsoriented mindset, proven in personal performance achievements
  • Dedication to delivering consistently excellent customer service
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Patience to understand customers' unique needs and prioritise holiday quality over quantity
  • Supportive attitude towards colleagues and team goals
  • Commitment to companywide development and success
  • Proficiency in written communication and computer skills

Working in a busy, friendly team environment where you will be offered a competitive basic salary, dependent on experience. You will be offered a basic salary with potential (uncapped) earnings in excess of £35K OTE.
