About the Opportunity:

We are now looking to recruit a Junior Shift lead within the Production Department.

Responsibilities:

Quality Control Inspection positive release, leaker intersection, traceability with stakeholder engagement and documentation completion.
Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standards ensuring audit ready at all times
People management including the development and coaching team members
Develop work instruction, deliver training to colleagues where required,
Cross functional working to ensure effective plan attainment
Effective stocktake including variance reconciliation, waste management and chill space efficiency with root cause analysis activity
Step up / down and across as required in keeping with general nature of the role
