As a Directors and Project Support Officer (DPSO) the post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in in supporting General Practice across Blackburn with Darwen to work at scale in a sustainable manner.
Key aspects of the role will be in relation to:- LPC services
- PCN DES and IIF delivery
- Data and central returns
- Quality contracts
- The salary is dependant on experience and is pro rata if part time_
Main duties of the job_
Act as the first point of contact for the Director of Operations and PCN Clinical Directors
Autonomously provide a professional, comprehensive Executive Assistant service to the LPC Board of Directors
Using initiative to manage the effective use of time for the Director of Operations and PCN Clinical Directors, contributing to their priorities
Support bespoke projects as agreed with the job lead; including analysis of information from multiple sources
Manage the administration of PCN Leaders' meetings and other board level meetings
Support and plan the preparation of the PCN Leaders agendas, reports, supporting papers and minutes
Coordinating and cascading complex, confidential information with internal and external teams
Establish and maintain an Actions Log for PCN GP Leaders and other meetings, and proactively follow up to ensure actions completed within agreed timeframe
Support event planning and campaigns
To support the Operations Manager with LPC services/PCN DES/IIF delivery
Gather, collate and submit data for NHSE/ICB returns
Develop, implement and continuously improve effective office processes, including confidential data, in a format that can be stored and retrieved immediately
