Responsibilities- 1. Creating and maintaining rotas using Birdie.
- Provide leadership, management and coordination of the care delivery as per released Rota.
- First point of contact for Service users and carers.
- Monitor and maintain the electronic call monitoring system with check in and check out times.
- Coordinating care packages, care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents.
- Participate in the on call service on a rota basis.
- Problem solving to allocate carers to calls which become uncovered at short notice (sickness etc). If required on rare occasions to deliver a care call.
- Have excellent administrative and communication skills.
- Be ensuring that new and existing care workers are supported and assessed throughout the induction process ensuring compliance, carry out spot checks and all quality audits.
- Ensure communication is effective between management, service users, staff and professionals to maintain a robust quality service.
- Attend meetings as delegated by the manager.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times.
Pay:
£12.75-£13.50 per hour

Experience:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
