Description

The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful engineer are as follows:

Installing new recycling equipment across a range of retail sites
Liaising with the service desk to ensure calls are completed
Working effectively as part of a team
Swiftly solving problems that arise
Communicating effectively with clients at each site
Working towards company set SLAs

Skills and experience required:

Previous hands on experience (using tools, DIY, etc. as full training will be provided)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem solving skills

Full in-house training will be provided for this position, as will all tools, and a tablet and phone. The role will be Monday to Friday, with optional overtime.
