Our client provides total facilities management solutions to several industries within both the private and public sectors nationwide. They are now recruiting for
Building Services Engineer to join their team at their site in Luton, Bedfordshire.

The successful
Building Services Engineer will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive tasks and complete minor remedial works across the site.


Building Services Engineer Requirements:


  • Hold an electrical or mechanical engineering qualification.
  • Proven experience within a facilities/building services environment.
  • Familiar with Service Level Agreements and ability to deliver against the requirements of same.
  • Customer focused approach and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Ability to manage own workload and work autonomously.
  • Must be able to take part in the oncall rota.
  • IT literate.
