Seeking an extraordinary
Floor Manager, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example.

As
Floor Manager:

You will have experience managing a large team in a high performance operation.
You will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with ability to inspire your team
You will lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.
You have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance.

As a
Floor Manager, you will receive:

Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata)
these increase with service

Salary: £32,000 a year plus service charge:

Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in)
