Service Advisor to join their exceptional team.

The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our prestigious dealership, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing expert advice on maintenance and repair services.
Booking and scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely completion of work.
Providing accurate cost estimates and obtaining customer approval for repairs.
Maintaining regular communication with customers, keeping them informed of progress and any additional work required.
Maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling additional services and products.
