Contract to start on until with a possible extension.ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing a comprehensive scanning and indexing service, postal services and general administrative support for effective service delivery for Client wide services.
Responsibilities
To demonstrate understanding of the Client's _Customer Care Standards_ and ensure that these standards are met in order to deliver the Council vision of 'putting our residents first'.
To provide a range of specialist and general administrative and/or data processing duties to support effective service delivery for various Client services.
To administer processes and procedures using available equipment and various ICT packages to maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records to meet organisational standards and requirements, thereby ensuring the integrity and security of both systems and data.
To respond to requests for information to assist in ensuring that scanning; indexing and relevant administrative duties service performance levels are met.
To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for meeting tight deadlines and committed to high standards of customer care.
Support the work of other administrative staff within the Business Support service during periods of absence or unusually high volumes of work to maintain the efficient provision of administrative services.
