Live out Houseman, Near Chipping Norton, £40k gpa
We are looking for a Houseman to join our returning clients at their property near Chipping Norton.

The family do have a property in Central London, which you will be required to attend approximately twice a week.

For this role you must be a driver, however you do not need to have your own car. When travelling between the two properties, the family will cover fuel costs.


Main duties:

  • Basic household maintenance (such as changing light bulbs and small repairs)
  • Maintaining the exterior areas
  • Window cleaning
  • Deep cleaning of drains
  • Stocking of logs
  • Clearing and sorting general areas
  • Pet care (dog walking)

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Good level of spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driver
  • Pet friendly
This is a live out role.

Days: 5 days per week

Start:
ASAP or to a notice period


Salary:
£40k gpa (depending on experience)


Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year
