Description

An experienced Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience is needed to join the team at this progressive and dynamic company on a remote - field and work from home basis.

This role offers great earning potential with an uncapped OTE of £38,000 to £43,000.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with the Company Directors to deliver a key part of the sales strategy
  • Generate New Business
  • Implementing where relevant national business plans
  • Build promotional plans with customers to ensure growth
  • Be the first line of commercial contact for new business
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and maximise opportunities
  • Execution within their customer base, the Marketing plan
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Deliver against distribution, volume and other commercial metrics
  • Deliver product distribution growth
  • Development of local Joint Business Plans
  • Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity
  • Customer Contact in line with agreed frequency
  • Ensuring an effective journey call plan is developed to meet business and customer needs

Required Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 successful years' sales experience in paper, paper hygiene or hygiene productrelated sales
  • Have extensive experience in selling to the hygiene and food service sectors
  • Ability to work under pressure and be selfmotivated
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with others, network and build relationships
  • Strong selling & negotiation skills "more for more"
  • Demonstrate solid business acumen
  • Competent in using customer data systems
