Admin Officer - Morden, United Kingdom - Essential Employment

Admin Officer needed in Morden £15.24 per hr ref
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
This role will involve:
- Make initial contact with clients/NOK explain the financial assessment process and answer any questions they may have about the whole social services process, not just financial assessment.
- Liaise with the social workers to discuss complex cases or to find out whether clients will be receiving chargeable services.
- Case note telephone conversation on team software.
- Input information on the Team spreadsheets.
- Make up FA Packs as and when required
- Weekly Stats Keep a record of all incoming post in the teams alphabetical splits (on post spreadsheet), this include the allocations from the desktop. Run any ad hoc report as advised by the team manager
- Daily post open post, update post spreadsheet and update pending with date post received and highlight. Hand to FA Officer who is dealing with that alphabetical split.
- Minute taking for all team meetings.
- This role will be hybrid working
