Description
We are currently recruiting for a prestigious organisation who are looking for a SSC Financial Controller to lead the team and make and embed process improvements to build a 'best in class' service offering.
- Lead the AP, AR and expenses teams and regularly monitor KPIs relating to productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse current transactional processes in detail and design future processes to improve efficiency and performance against KPI's, determine and implement appropriate solutions to deliver process improvements ensuring compliance with relevant legislationincluding VAT rules, finance regulations and policies and procedures
- Support and coach the teams in creating an environment of continuous improvement.
- Understand current service efficiency and effectiveness, and ongoing needs, and identify opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction, this may include developing business cases, identifying impacted stakeholders and collaboratingacross teams as appropriate to lead the related improvement projects through to final implementation.
- Own and ensure the maintenance of a strong and effective control environment for the defined areas of responsibility.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of controls and of user compliance with policies and procedures engaging stakeholders, addressing risks and escalating where appropriate.
