EduPeople (MHR iTrent) Payroll System Administrator

Remote working with occasional meetings in the UK

Salary banding £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

28 days holiday plus BH. Excellent benefits

This is a great role for someone with excellent iTrent payroll knowledge, looking to progress their career in system administration.

Main responsibilities include:

Support the EduPeople product set in a 2nd level type capacity
Specialise in the support of the iTrent payroll related modules
Manage a case load of EduPeople support issues and assist customers and colleagues until issues are resolved
Be actively involved in the EduPeople change management process to assess and deliver changes across the EduPeople product set Work with internal colleagues to support their development in the EduPeople products
Assist the implementation team with delivering EduPeople to new customers
Work closely with the IT support, and development teams:
Support the reporting team with payroll specific knowledge
Work with colleagues across the business to develop and manage knowledge base / training materials, to enable internal colleagues to be more effective in supporting EduPeople customers
Assist with Environment control and installation testing

Skills required:

A base level of transaction knowledge of MHR iTrent essential
The ability to configure/build iTrent payrolls, pay tables and grades is essential
Recent use of iTrent Electric desirable
Experience working as part of, or supporting a payroll function
A knowledge of good data handling practices and UK GDPR
