About the Role:
We have a full-time vacancy within in our depot network for an experienced Coordinator.
We are looking for someone with accuracy, good administration and telephone skills, ability to use Microsoft packages and a desire to learn and be part of the team.
About You:
The Role:
Will involve the collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, leaver and joiner details, absence requests as well as carrying out a weekly analysis of wages, timesheets and the preparation of a weekly productivity report.
Ensure that all work is fluid by making sure that all necessary permits, risk assessments, method statements, special PPE, customer requirements etc are correct before issuing to our engineers as well as ensuring that all job packs, related paperwork and reports are completed on time in order to ensure that work is invoiced promptly and suppliers paid correctly.
You will handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and our engineers with a view to providing excellent customer service.
As well as the usual admin duties of scanning, faxing, photocopying, input, filing and post, you will process sales and purchase orders for which full training will be given on the company's AX system.
