Principal / Associate Sustainability Consultant (Energy Modelling)

One of the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firms is searching for a Principal/Associate Sustainability Consultant.

If you are from a consultancy background, this role will offer you a completely new look at sustainability within the built environment.

Rather than working on new-build projects, you will be looking to optimise the sustainability of this business' commercial portfolio by enhancing their EPC, MEES & ACI service line and supporting its further growth.


Working on flagship buildings and connecting you through their internal networks, this business will give you the opportunity to work more closely with landlords, developers and end-user clients in the form of top worldwide organisations.

The ideal person for this role will have the following qualities:

  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in IES VE
  • 6+ years' experience within sustainability
  • A high level of experience working as and EPC Assessor and providing EPC/MEES consultancy advice
  • Accredited Level 4 (or higher) Low Carbon Energy Assessor or Non-Domestic Energy Assessor
