Parts Advisor (Car Dealership)

Salary:
Up to £27,000 (depending on experience) + excellent bonus opportunities - On Target Earnings Circa £30,000

Would you like to work as part of one of the southeast's most well-respected dealerships? If the answer is yes then we have an exciting opportunity for you as our client is looking for a new Parts Advisor to join their growing team.

Our client is investing in their business and they will also invest in you and your career

They are now actively looking for a Parts Advisor for their Waltham Abbey dealership.

Working within a small team and reporting to the Parts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all parts sales to make sure that customers and Technicians are always able to have the parts they need when they need them.
Liaising with the team and customers
Dealing with customer enquiries,
Liaising on the telephone and serving parts to inhouse and retail customers.
Delivering and collecting stock for the busy parts department. Some lifting and carrying will be involved.
Use a good understanding of the customer's needs to guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs
