Office and Warehouse Co-ordinator
Are you seeking a new role in an international company? VikingGenetics UK is looking for
an organised logistics professional with warehousing and administrative experience.
You will
As
Office and Warehouse Co-ordinator you will lead and maintain the continuous flow of service, including the receipt of supplier's orders, accurately counting in stock, packing away in suitable locations, processing the orders, and administrating all documentation.
You will work together with our sales team consisting of Account Managers and will be reporting to our Country Manager for the UK and Ireland.
This position is part-time.
Your responsibilities:
Sales administration, processing of orders and invoices and stock control.
Warehouse coordination and logistics as packing and shipping orders and checking arriving stock.
Assist the Country Manager with sales administration.
Participate and contribute to sales and marketing.
Your qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of sales administration and warehouse management.
- Experience with dealing with stock control and organisation.
- Good team player and communication skills.
- Organised and selfmotivated to provide highquality customer service.
- IT literate (MS Office, Dynamics 365).
- UK driver's license.
- English language at fluent level oral and written.

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
