So, who are we?

Who are we looking for?
We now seek a highly motivated
Admin & Sales Apprentice.

You should be great at relationships, have excellent and polite communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be ready for the challenge of working in a fast-paced marketing industry.

Requirements to apply:

GSCEs in both English and Maths, minimum Grade 5 (or equivalent), is essential.

Admin & Sales Apprentice programme

Course information:

During your apprenticeship you will be enrolled at Leeds City College (School of Business) and complete the following programme:
Customer Service Practitioner - Level 2

This programme allows students to develop their skills.

The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high-quality products and services to the customers of an organisation.

Skills to be gained:

Our apprenticeship will focus on improving skills in the following areas

Customer relations, quoting, sales, order processing, purchasing, account management, gathering customer reviews, research, data cleansing, office duties, plus more _

Duration & start date:

This is a full-time 2-year apprenticeship. Potential career progression opportunities are available upon completion.

Start date: 05/06/2023

Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm

Financial package:

Year 1 - £16,500. Salary (£12,000) + On Target Commission (£4,500) uncapped.
Year 2 - £27,600. Salary (£18,000) + On Target Commission (£8,400) + On Target Bonus (£1,200) uncapped.
