About us
Milton Grounds Maintenance is a professional, customer driven business, supplying external facilities management services to FM & Asset Management Companies.
- We have a progressive growth plan over the next 24 months, to extend our business and services offered.
We are looking for a grounds maintenance operative to join our busy team in chapeltown (S35), no experience required as full on the job training will be given, however this would be an advantage, if you did have experience in the industry or hold PA1/PA6, CSCS, DBS.
Working for property management and private development companies we expect high standards.
You will be working alongside a well established team and be given on the job training with the opportunity to gain certified training such as CSCS, IPAF and PAMA, as part of our on-going training program.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Commercial Maintenance including -Grass Cutting, litter picking, pruning, etc.
Commercial External Cleaning including - jet washing, sweeping, building washing, etc.
You must hold a Full UK driving licence for this position as you will have daily use of a company vehicle.
A DBS check, Drivers License check & previous references will be done within 4 weeks of starting in this position due to working on Council property.
Salary:
£10.77 per hour (£21,000 p.a.) plus overtime
