Pay Range:
£ £100.00 per day (experience dependant)
Requirements:
- Previous childbased experience is essential.
- DBS on the update service (can be processed by Tradewind).
- A positive and patient attitude towards supporting students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oneonone and small group support to students with learning difficulties, ensuring they can fully participate in all aspects of school life.
- Assist the class teacher in creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Support students in their academic progress, providing guidance with assignments, homework, and exam preparation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student wellbeing and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for student progress and achievement.
- Utilise your previous childbased experience to empathise and connect with students, building strong and supportive relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians as necessary.
