Full-time, Long-term (remainder of academic year)

Pay Range:
£ £100.00 per day (experience dependant)


Requirements:


  • Previous childbased experience is essential.
  • DBS on the update service (can be processed by Tradewind).
  • A positive and patient attitude towards supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide oneonone and small group support to students with learning difficulties, ensuring they can fully participate in all aspects of school life.
  • Assist the class teacher in creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, tailored to the needs of individual students.
  • Support students in their academic progress, providing guidance with assignments, homework, and exam preparation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student wellbeing and personal development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for student progress and achievement.
  • Utilise your previous childbased experience to empathise and connect with students, building strong and supportive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians as necessary.
