What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at Global 1st Line, you will:

  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed customer service targets.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer interactions and processes.
  • Embrace a competitive spirit to deliver topnotch service.

Qualifications:


  • A passionate, competitive, and teamoriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
