Signway are market leaders for the provision of traffic sign and street lighting contracting services within the UK highway sector; working closely with local authority and civil engineering clients.

We have been in operation for over 40 years and are a highly acclaimed business within our field; manufacturing and co-coordinating installation works from our premises in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

The Role
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our team.

You'll be working in a small team providing detailed estimates for projects within the civil engineering arm of the business.

You will be required to produce a detailed cost analysis on each project and will be responsible for issuing job packs for awarded the works; this will involve organising relevant materials, resources, managing the client's expectations and resolving any issues.

Previous experience is not essential; we are looking for hardworking, flexible and motivated individuals with previous administration experience to join our team.

Person Specification:

Good numerical skills
Good communication skills
Competent user of Microsoft packages; particularly excel
Experience working within a fast paced environment
Prioritisation skills
The ability to multitask
Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Team player
Proactive hands on approach
Full valid UK driving licence is preferential
