Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a
HR Co-ordinator. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office.

You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this companyand sector.


The day to day duties in your new job will.

  • Coordinate all employee onboarding processes including drafting of all offer letters and contracts, carrying out all preemployment checks including security clearance and occupational health, liaison with IT, shipping, security, facilities with regardsto the induction process, setting up new joiners on relevant systems and payroll, tracking of policies and new joiner documentation to be signed and returned
  • Carry out employee HR inductions and follow through with 6week check in's, probation sign off, and any other ad hoc new joiner requirements
  • Draft all variation to contract letters and contracts, and update the relevant systems and payroll as required
  • Coordinate all offboarding activities including issuing of resignation confirmation letters, completing exit interviews, liaison with security, IT, finance, and payroll to ensure all leaver processes are complete
  • Be a key user of the HR system and prepare, as required, management reports on employeerelated data such as absence and turnover
  • Coordinate all activities in relation to the engagement of Consultants and Contractors or thirdparty providers
  • Coordinate the processes in relation to maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave and parental leave requests and ensure that associated payroll processes are completed
  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process including assisting with the preparation of job descriptions, uploading of recruitment requests for approval, requesting the benchmarking of new roles, formulating internal and external adverts,and posting to relevant job boards/LinkedIn when required, liaising with recruitment agencies whilst ensuring that the information on the Recruitment System is up to date and that vacancies are closed off etc.
  • Maintain and update the divisional organisational charts on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and update divisional reports on joiners, leavers, internal movements and contractors
  • Monitor the long service awards and retirement procedures, issuing relevant letters and awards when required
  • Assist in the administration and issuing of documentation in regard to the annual salary reviews and bonus schemes
  • Assist with maintenance of expats and assignees within the division, as well as providing support to international employees as and when required
  • Actively participate in HR meetings & project
