The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to gain valuable Sales, Admin and Account management experience with a view to progress within the company in the future.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing Customer sales orders.
  • Answering in bound telephone calls.
  • Any general office administration tasks as required.
  • Creating quotes and amending customers specifications.
  • Reviewing Customer recent order reports, identifying sales opportunities as well as business we may have lost then reporting back to the Account Manager.
  • Prospect Searching.
  • Assist with projects from Directors/Sales Reps as and when required.
Person Specification

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Confident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office
  • Must be selfmotivated & hungry to achieve success
  • High attention to detail
  • Sales and customer service experience is preferred

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
