RWB Group UK are hunting for an B2B salesperson to support our Hertfordshire office team with the growth of sales and new business acquisition.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Salesperson to join our growing team.

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.


This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills to make a significant impact on our company's growth.


In this role, you will be working closely with the business development manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies, conduct market research, and identify potential clients.


You will be responsible for presenting our products and services to clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.


Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.


To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.

You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively is crucial for this position.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a B2B Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research and prospecting potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, explaining the unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that the terms and conditions meet the company's guidelines and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Provide regular followups and aftersales support to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records and reports using CRM software.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and address their inquiries or concerns.
