Role:
Financial Services Administrator


Reporting to:
Managing Director and Operations Director


Salary:
Ranging from £21,000 to £30,000 per annum


Location:
Central Leeds

They are looking to expand their administrative team and are interested in individuals with prior experience as an administrator within the financial services field or those interested in pursuing a career in this sector.

This is a flexible position with a suitability range from Graduate up to the financial services industry professional level.


Previous experience working in a sensitive sector or dealing with delicate cases would give you a key advantage for this position, as you will also be working within a also be working in a Legal environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Creation and maintenance of client files
  • Sustaining administration systems
  • Compilation of new business documents
  • Preparation of information and comparisons for IFA analysis
  • Serving as a primary point of contact, efficiently addressing client and thirdparty inquiries through effective communication

Essential Experience/ Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with the Financial Planning process
  • Capability to achieve established goals independently.
  • Effective time management and workload prioritization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in IT
