We are at the leading edge of machining technologies and are dedicated to delivering efficiency and reduced cycle times for our clients in the aerospace sector.

Our advanced milling, turning and 5-axis capacity enables us to machine a wide range of products including bespoke ring, casing, gearbox, aerofoil and aerostructure components.

To-Date, we have manufactured components for Rolls-Royce, Boeing, Siemens, Bombardier and are looking to expand out Machining capabilities over the coming year.

The Position of Stores Person

Store Person will ensure all goods received are booked in, in a timely manner, meeting all quality standards.
Ensure all goods out are packed to correct SOP and are ready to leave site at designated time.
Ensure delivery of materials to production in accordance with production schedules.
Support with any training requirements for warehouse operatives
Stores person will be responsable for a clean & tidy working environment.
Identify any system improvements and make recommendations.
Support stock takes.
Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met to required standards.
Ensure Vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose.
Ensure that any computerised or automated systems are accurate and up to date.
Maintain warehouse security.
Carry out risk assessments when needed.
Manage vendor stock levels.
Resolve issues that may occur within the warehouse.
Assist and plan for future capacity requirements.
Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
Ensure that all lifting and manoeuvring of products and materials is carried out in accordance with manual handling.
Ensure Hazardous materials are stored in accordance with requirements.

Stores Person Spec

Highly motivated individual.
Excellent attention to detail.
Apprenticed trained or time served experience.
Educated to a Grade C or above in English and Mathematics at GCSE Level or equivalent.
Ability to manage own time and workload effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
