Role:

BRC are working with a reputable Housing Association that are looking for a new surveyor to join their Team They are looking for someone with experience working within both Planned and Responsive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

Operational responsibility for the delivery of all responsive, void, planned, capital investment and service chargeable maintenance activities within a designated area
Travelling to sites in Dudley and Stourbridge
You will be reporting to the Strategic Partnering Manager
Inspect and assess repairs when required
Perform contractual/commercial duties and responsibilities of Contract administrator on assigned projects/contracts.
Responsible for the delivery of responsive/void, service charge, planned investment and major works programmes in a designated geographical area.

Personal Specification:

To be experienced working within Social Housing and specifically daytoday repairs
Qualifications; HND or RICS
