A brilliant opportunity has arisen in our Store network for a Store Manager in our Southampton Store. Our Stores are our front line, where we meet our customers and help them every single day. We pride ourselves on creating an amazing customer experience.

You'll have the drive to deliver results and continually look to improve store performance and effectiveness. You will coach, develop and manage colleagues, enabling them to achieve objectives and personal goals.

To succeed you'll need to be able to demonstratethe ability to motivate others, challenge colleagues to continually improve and strive to fulfil their potential and achieve things they never thought possible.

  • Supporting your team to create a superior customer experience.

- responsible for the overall performance of the Store, and contribution to the Personal Distribution and Area goals, which will be both challenging and immensely rewarding.

  • Motivating and leading your team is a big part of this role to ensure you create sustainable returns, by doing the right thing, treating customers fairly, and developing your people to reach their full potential in our everchanging Digital world.
