Are you a HR Advisor or HR Administrator looking for a step up, interested in working in a fast paced and rewarding manufacturing environment? We are looking for a HR Advisor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills looking for the next stepin their career.

As a HR Advisor your day to day responsibilities will consist of;

Working as a HR generalist advising and assisting in disciplinary matters and issues of employment law and ensuring compliance with company HR process and procedure
To support the direct and indirect labour recruitment process across arrange of levels and issue contracts of employment.
Organising and managing training requirements and manage and maintain the induction process.
Dealing with maternity/paternity and parental leave
Updating and maintaining all personnel records and computerised systems including personnel and time and attendance systems and ensure that information held is correct
Ensuring information is passed to payroll in a timely manner
Documenting and analysing information on absenteeism and headcount and produce weekly and monthly management information
General HR Administration related to internal and external requirements and management support

An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor with the following;

Ideally CIPD level 3 or above
Experience working in a fast paced and challenging manufacturing environment
