We are looking for a
S4B Apprentice **(1 post) to join our team to work at our office in Brunswick, Manchester on a 2 year fixed term contract
What we require?
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience of working as part of a team and working towards deadlines to achieve KPI's.
- IT skills
- Microsoft office to Intermediate level.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to complete Apprenticeship.

About the role
We are looking for a S4B Apprentice on a fixed Apprenticeship for 2 years basis to join our Customer Service team.
As part of your apprenticeship you will complete the CIH apprenticeship programme.
This qualification provides a general introduction to the housing sector and is a great way to develop your career prospects in housing.
The role will also be undertaking general admin duties such as scanning, indexing, data input, tenant surveys, and mail merges.
Customer Service:
- Work with the S4B service areas to deliver a collaborative level of customer service.
- Ensure all customer reporting is scheduled and completed within the agreed timelines as per guidance from the Customer Service Team Leader
- Be a point of contact for customer enquiries and referrals from internal teams including S4B partners.
- Operate digital housing systems ensuring records are updated.
Data Management:
- Support the review of performance information, providing input into service improvements.
- Ensure all key performance indicator (KPI's) data is collected to agreed timescales.
