We have a new opportunity available for a Customer Account Handler, working for a successful distribution company based in Coggeshall.

This offers a salary of around £26'000 depending on your experience plus benefits.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm, with no evenings or weekends involved.

As the Customer Account Handler, you will be working with your allocated customers who have subscription style products sent directly to them through Royal Mail, DPD and Whistl etc.

You will be responsible for receiving their orders, processing them accurately onto the system and following the order process from taking the order to ensuring they received the order and providing outstanding customer service throuought the process.

Your responsibilities will also include resolving any queries your customer has regarding their orders, troubleshooting and liaising with internal departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly for them.

Other departments within the business include their Warehouse, Ecommerce and Re-work departments, everyone works together to ensure finished goods are sent to retailers or directly to their customers as per each customers instructions and retailer compliance manual.

To be considered for the Customer Account Handler job opportunity you will need

To drive or live near to Coggeshall.
Have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

*To be confident to speak to customers on the telephone.
*To have some order processing or account handling experience.

*If you have any experience within distribution or stock control it would be beneficial, but this is not essential.
