HR Administrator/Assistant - Immediate start available

Prestwick, based on site

Full Time, Temporary

Up to £30,000 (weekly paid)


Iconic Resourcing HR are looking for a dynamic and immediately available, experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join our client based in Prestwick on a temporary basis to cover a period of sickness, with an immediate start available.

If you're passionate about maintaining HR IT systems with precision, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring a high-quality HR service, this role is for you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of HR IT Systems
  • Run weekly reports and conduct analysis
  • Support HR Assistant with payroll duties
  • Prepare employment documentation
  • Interface with employees on various HR matters
  • Update systems on annual pay awards
  • Support Workforce Planning and Compensation & Benefits activities

Requirements:


  • Solid MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and processes desirable
  • CIPD accreditation desirable
  • HR experience either within an administrative or assistant capacity
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload under time pressures
  • Good team player with a flexible approach

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
