Motorhome and Caravan Repairs Limited are a family run business providing servicing and repairs to used and new touring caravans and motorhomes.

We are currently working directly alongside main manufactures - Bailey, Swift, Elddis and Coachman as an approved repair centre for all of their customers servicing, warranty and repair needs.

Motorhome and Caravan Repairs are soon becoming one of the most popular repair centre's across the UK and are already approved by most major insurance companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting Warranty claims onto manufacturers systems. (Write up provided by a technician)
  • Inputting parts onto an EPOS spreadsheet
  • Taking incoming calls from both parts and warranty customers
  • Keeping an updated track of records or stocked parts and consumables
  • Assist in keeping the parts department clean to ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.
  • Assist in booking parts in where required
  • Recording and tracking of purchase orders
  • Daily updating of the companies CRM system when required
Training will be provided.

  • Be able to work well as part of a team
  • Be self motivated and take pride in their work
  • Have the ability to complete tasks to a high quality standard
  • Highly organised
The Administration Assistant position offers a contract for a 40 hour week (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.


Experience:


  • Administration, 1 year (preferred but not essential)
