Description

We are looking for a Property Officer to carry out basic repairs & maintenance service across its portfolio of properties.

The role will include:
- garden maintenance
- cleaning
- checking fire alarms
- painting and decoration
- plastering and some removal an
- storage of personal property

Some heavy lifting and physical work as part of daytoday duties.

We require someone who is customer focused, can work alone and one who has experience of working with customers from differing backgrounds and vulnerabilities in the social housing business of the Council.

It is an essential part of this role that the person is professional, well turned out, can maintain high standards of property care and basic maintenance and one who is familiar with sensitive issues and confidentiality.

You will need:

Clean driving license.
References from last 2 years
Updated CV

Shift available:
Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 3 pm

5 days per week
