We are looking for an enthusiastic Deployment Specialist - EPR to Lead a Hospital Deployment Change Team where TrakCare system is being implemented.

They'll deliver all planned work packages activities, including build, impact assessments, engagement, training, readiness assessments across defined user groups to ensure the successful adoption of Trakcare into all Nuffield hospitals.

Nuffield Health Electronic Patient Record (NEPR) is a large-scale change programme, which is implementing the TrakCare EPR across all Nuffield Health hospitals.

As our Deployment Lead - NEPR, you will:
Work directly with the hospital teams to implement process changes required either prior to or upon TrakCare launch, to ensure successful implementation

Analyse and suggest ways to improve and implement changes to current workflows and working practices, to ensure a smoother transformation at go-live

Build and maintain effective relationship with key stakeholders in identified hospital user group or departments

Have proven project management experience

Be confident in delivering workshop facilitation to a cross section of users

Proven experience of effective stakeholder management, communication and training, with evidence of adopting a flexible approach to suit the needs of different audiences
