    Description

    We are Eden Futures, a provider of exceptional support services for individuals aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and associated complex needs.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Create a positive environment that fosters growth and development
    • Continuously evaluate and improve services to meet the evolving needs of our service users
    • Develop tailored packages of support that cater to individual preferences and wishes
    • Ensure compliance with CQC registration requirements
    • Deliver responsive, effective, and safe care and support in a person-centered manner
    • Maintain strong relationships with families, commissioners, advocates, and other professionals
    • Monitor and review outcomes to ensure personal growth and development
    • Foster a culture of excellence within the team, delivering outcomes-based and person-centered services
    • Respond to local needs, filling voids in a timely manner while supporting individual preferences and wishes
    • Sustain high standards by monitoring and managing key performance indicators, such as employee retention and sickness absence levels
