    About the Role

    We are seeking an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent in finance and accounting through various means and advertising channels.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Attracting high-calibre candidates via advertising and outreach efforts.
    • Contacting suitable candidates by phone to pre-screen them for technical skills, communication ability, and overall suitability.
    • Greeting and pre-interviewing each candidate prior to meeting with a Recruitment Consultant.
    • Conducting full interviews and assessments following initial training.
    • Managing database entries to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Assisting with event planning to attract new candidates and promoting company events.
    • Attending client meetings with consultants to take job briefings.
    • Collaborating with consultants on recruitment projects and senior-level appointments.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Degree-educated or equivalent.
    • An excellent communicator with confidence when interacting with various individuals.
    • Target-driven and motivated by goal attainment (financial and otherwise).
    • Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
    • Confident and outgoing personality.
