A growing Residential consultancy based in South East London are looking for a Valuation Surveyor with experience in mortgage Valuations to join their expanding business.

The Valuation Surveyor's role

The successful Valuation Surveyor will be joining an up-and-coming residential consultancy who are looking to extend their services over the next 12 months, with the view to become a leader in property services in London and opening new territories overthe UK.

The Valuation Surveyor will be looking after mortgage valuations, Homebuyers reports, financial earnings and mortgage advice.

The Valuation Surveyor

Must be MRICS or AssocRICS as a minimum
Minimum of 12 months mortgage valuation experience
Residential property experience
Excellent communication skills
Desire to grow with the company and embody their ethos
Eager to learn and develop their skills
Ambitious and hard working
