What would I be doing day to day?
Be part of the UK People team whom manage the global function Work closely with the specialists in Rewards, L&D and Talent and People Leaders Create and drive people strategies for the global function, work collaboratively across the globe and partner with stakeholders specifically in Finance, IT Product and Commercial You will get involved in some incredible growth, Change Management and DE&I projects which are already underway

Key duties:
- Business partner to employee groups across the UK, Europe, US & Asia,
- Deliver key projects within organisational change, culture/values, talent and succession planning, communication, policies and process
- Work with People and Exec team on organisational change and performance
- Partnering with people to team on global engagement surveys, reviewing results and creating action plans
- Support Talent Manager on resourcing and Office & Wellbeing Manager on wellbeing initiatives as required
What is the company looking for?
- At least 4/5 + years' experience within People Advisory
- Experience at a Senior HR Generalist/Advisor or Junior Business Partner level
- Experience in HR Change Management and Company Org Planning
- Previous experience with FMCG/ Retail is preferred
- A confident communicator, comfortable challenging People Leaders in the right way
- Willingness to be hands on and balancing multiple tasks/projects at once
- Happy to muckin on basic tasks as well as high level HRBP responsibilities
- Confident managing ER Cases
- Data reporting and analysis skills
