An excellent opportunity has opened up for a
Sales Administratorfor a fantastic food manufacturer client who is based in Paisley.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and help the sales team in their efforts to achieving their sales targets.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Be polite and eloquent at all times.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
What's of offer?
A competitive salary of between £20-25k, dependant on experience

Working schedule of 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
