    M&E Manager Toomebridge

    Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience)

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to join our team at a leading Mechanical Engineering firm. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into large projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversight and management of M&E Projects from inception to completion, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-friendly delivery.
    • Estimating and scoping MEP trades during pre-construction, reviewing contract documents, suggesting/modifying as necessary, and managing MEP subcontractors throughout coordination.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a M&E Manager.
    • M&E Engineering Degree or Qualification.
    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into large projects.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with MEP regulations and health & safety protocols.
